ZINC-NICKEL: The ultimate corrosion protection!

Zinc-Nickel Plating: During the zinc-nickel plating process, we apply an alloy layer with a nickel content of 12-15% nickel. This provides exceptional corrosion resistance: in the salt spray test, a layer of only 5 µm thick resists red rust for over 1000 hours! That's up to 5 times longer than electrolytic galvanizing. The zinc-nickel layer can be either thick-coated or black passivated.

Environmentally friendly: Our acid zinc-nickel process is boric acid and ammonia-free and offers high efficiency.

Brand new automated production line: suitable for processing in drums and will soon be adapted for hanging zinc-nickel.
