3D laser cutting of tubes

Building on our years of experience in laser cutting, we also want to help our customers go further with 3D laser cutting of tubes. This technique offers new possibilities for designing, developing, and producing innovative products in various materials and shapes. The fully automated 3D laser for tubes cuts round parts (up to 240 mm in diameter), square or rectangular parts (up to 200 mm in external dimensions), as well as specially shaped tubes, open profiles, and hook fittings. The 3D laser for tubes with a tilting cutting head effortlessly cuts and engraves various types of tubes, flat bars, open profiles, and specially shaped tubular profiles. The 45° tilt angle allows for chamfering and is particularly well-suited for preparing thick-walled tubes for welding or for hard-to-reach areas on profiles.
