247TailorSteel is expanding its range of materials! You can now easily order various construction profiles via Sophia®. These profiles are cut to size for you on our state-of-the-art tube laser cutting machines. Simply select the metal profile you require in our online software, Sophia®.

Applications of profiles
Profiles are mainly used in construction and engineering projects. Due to their specific design, structural profiles offer certain advantages, such as strength and rigidity. Look around you and you’ll find them everywhere: in industrial buildings, construction cranes, bridge construction, but also, for example, in window frames.

Choice of different types of sections
In Sophia®, you can select various types of sections in standard sizes, such as angle sections, T-, U-, H- and L-sections, and I-beams. HOP sections are also part of the range. Order your structural profiles easily in Sophia®
You can order your structural profiles easily in Sophia®. When drawing your component, please take into account the supply specifications for tubes. The profiles must be drawn in accordance with industry standards to be recognised by the software. If the profile is part of an assembly, Sophia® recognises it automatically. When selecting the profile, simply assign the correct profile type to the component via the material selection.
