GPPH welding tables

GPPH specializes in the production of high quality welding tables that are extremely durable but at the same time cost effective. GPPH welding tables are made from hardened S355J2+N structural steel. A conscious choice was made not to choose nitrided steel. After all, several tests indicate that nitriding has a negligible effect and unnecessarily drives up the price of the welding table. GPPH therefore clearly opts for a pragmatic approach in which price-inflating marketing tricks are omitted. This allows GPPH to offer solid welding tables at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality or durability. GPPH also does not work with stripped sheets. A frequently heard complaint when welding with pickled sheets is the disturbing reflection of welding light off the table top. This is due to table tops which have too high a degree of reflection due to pickling. The risk of errors due to disturbing reflections is virtually nil with GPPH tables. The steel used for the GPPH welding tables is subject to a strict and meticulous selection that leaves nothing to chance. The colors of the table top contain shades between blue and dark gray depending on the batch. Paint coatings are avoided as they make the surface of the tables difficult to guide. GPPH welding tables are coated with an oil-based preparation to provide strong protection during transport and first use. A golden tip: whatever welding table you use, anti-spatter agents are essential.
