Innovative stud welding guns
With our innovative measuring system in our stud welding guns, we perfectly respond to the demand for high reliability, without the experience or knowledge of the operator playing a major role. Once the machine is set up, anyone can reliably stud weld, even without experience. This makes us unique in our market. Our system not only measures whether the stud welding gun has been placed correctly by the operator, but also whether the stud welding bolt is the correct one. If the wrong stud stud length is mistakenly entered, welding will not take place. In addition, we also measure the meltdown of the stud weld stud immediately after welding. The system indicates whether the stud weld bolt has melted within the preset bandwidth. This gives us and our customers a great degree of certainty! We rely on our measuring system and can thus ensure a successful stud welding process.
DSPS – consistent, high-quality results through step-by-step guidance
One of the striking innovations is the DSPS (Digital Spotwelding Production System) production system. This system guides operators step by step through the spot welding of high-quality products, where scanning or entering a production number indicates the required tools and locations and automatically monitors the quality of the connection. Even with personnel changes, DSPS guarantees consistent, high-quality results.
