Silver plating

Chrome plating

ZINC_NICKEL
ZINC-NICKEL: The ultimate corrosion protection! Zinc-Nickel Plating: During the zinc-nickel plating process, we apply an alloy layer with a nickel content of 12-15% nickel. This provides exceptional corrosion resistance: in the salt spray test, a layer of only 5 µm thick resists red rust for over 1000 hours! That's up to 5 times longer than electrolytic galvanizing. The zinc-nickel layer can be either thick-coated or black passivated. Advantages of our process: Environmentally friendly: Our acid zinc-nickel process is boric acid and ammonia-free and offers high efficiency. Brand new automated production line: suitable for processing in drums and will soon be adapted for hanging zinc-nickel. Galvanizing

Copper
Copper is often used as an intermediate layer in nickel and chrome plating because it increases corrosion resistance and improves adhesion to metals such as zamak and zinc. As a final layer, copper is useful in explosion-proof applications because it reduces the risk of sparking. Although copper has excellent electrical conductivity, it can quickly deteriorate in practice due to oxidation in air, which requires attention when used in electrical connections. Electrolytic nickel plating

Tinning
Tinning: Hygienic and Corrosion-Resistant Surface Treatment. Tinning is a high-quality surface treatment that applies a thin layer of tin to copper or aluminum. In addition, tinning is widely used in electronics, where tin on copper or aluminum provides reliable corrosion protection for connections and conductors. Electroless nickel
Electroless Nickel Plating: Uniform, Wear-Resistant, and Corrosion-Resistant Nickel Layers. When a nickel layer needs to be the exact same thickness throughout, electrolytic nickel plating isn't always suitable. A consistent layer buildup is crucial, especially for products with tight fits, cavities, interiors, or complex shapes. Electroless nickel plating—also known as autocatalytic or electroless nickel plating—offers the perfect solution. This process ensures a completely uniform layer thickness, both internally and externally, regardless of the product's geometry. This makes the process ideal for precision parts where tolerances must remain constant for moving parts, machine components, and components exposed to friction or abrasion. Nickel-phosphorus layer (7–13% P) for optimal protection. By precisely controlling these phosphorus levels, we can tailor the material properties precisely to the product's technical requirements. - Medium phosphorus (7–10% P): a strong all-around layer with a good balance between corrosion resistance and wear resistance. - High-phosphorus (10–13% P): Recommended for environments requiring the highest corrosion resistance, such as exposure to acids, chlorides, and aggressive media. Wear-resistant, dimensionally stable, and hardenable. For applications with high wear, we can perform a heat treatment after nickel plating. This increases the hardness of the nickel layer to approximately 1,000 HV, comparable to hard chrome. Suitable for food contact. The closed, smooth, and chemically stable structure of the nickel-phosphorus layer makes the process suitable for products that may come into contact with food without restriction. Therefore, electroless nickel plating is frequently used in the food, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. Flexible layer thicknesses. We can apply layer thicknesses from 5 to approximately 80 μm, depending on the desired function and protection.

Electropolishing
Electrolytic Polishing of Stainless Steel: High-Quality Surface Treatment for Medical, Food, and Decorative Applications. Electrolytic polishing of stainless steel is an advanced surface treatment that makes stainless steel surfaces shinier, more hygienic, and more durable. Unlike traditional treatments that apply a layer of metal, electrolytic polishing removes an extremely thin layer of material from the stainless steel. Pickling/passivation
Pickling and passivation are applied to stainless steel in a single treatment. This removes pickling from welds and any annealing skin residue. The chromium oxide layer is restored, making the surface passive and therefore corrosion-resistant again. This process results in a smooth, matte finish.
