About us

Deliconstruct is a metalworking company that specialises in subcontracting for both piecework and series production.
With years of experience, we are a reliable player in the supply of metalwork from A to Z, specialising in laser bending and welding.
In addition, we can offer drilling, tapping and small milling work as additional operations.
We have a wide customer base ranging from machine constructors for the food industry, carpet industry, packaging industry, construction machinery, and many others.
Through our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, we can demonstrate that we are a structured company worthy of your trust.
A plus point about Deliconstruct is that we also have our own transport service, which makes it possible to deliver your items right to your door.

Laser cutting:
Laser cutting is possible up to maximum thickness: steel 25mm, Inox 25mm and aluminium 25mm.
- 2 laser machines with a range of 4000x2000mm
- 1 laser punching machine with a range of 2500x1250mm

Bending:
For bending, we have 4 LVD CNC controlled bending machines of up to 6 metres bending length.
- 1 bending machine of 1500 mm - maximum 80 tons
- 1 bending machine of 3000 mm - maximum 135 tons
- 1 bending machine of 4000 mm - maximum 400 tons
- 1 bending machine of 6000mm - maximum 640 tonnes

Welding:
- At Deliconstruct, it is possible to carry out small to medium-sized welding. MIG/MAG - TIG.
- We have 2 welding robots at our disposal.

Vacancy: CNC bending operator

Job description: - As a bending operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC bending machine type LVD. - A thorough internal training will be provided. Initially, you will be responsible for bending ordinary metal pieces. Over time, these pieces become more complex. - You bend one-off products or small series, which gives you a lot of variety. - You check the quality of your product during the process.
