Operations & Maintenance Manager - Hyoffwind
Do you want to pioneer in the energy transition? Messer is looking for an O&M Manager for Hyoffwind, a groundbreaking green hydrogen project by Virya Energy, HyoffGreen, and Messer in Zeebrugge.
Your role:
You are ultimately responsible for the entire operational functioning of the site. For the first two years, you will oversee the start-up: building processes, teams, and systems from scratch. Subsequently, you will take on long-term daily management.
Responsibilities:
Safe and efficient production (volumes, quality, costs);
Communication with all stakeholders: customers, logistics, shareholders;
Preventive maintenance and reliability of the installation;
SLA management with contractors;
Development of operational procedures and quality systems;
Collaboration with SHEQS, EPC contractors, IT, and logistics.
Help build a Belgian first and help shape the energy transition.

SHEQ Officer
Do you want to contribute to a safe and sustainable working environment? To expand our close-knit SHEQ team, we are currently looking for a proactive SHEQ Officer. Together with the SHEQ Manager, to whom you report, and your fellow SHEQ Officer, the team serves all Messer entities within the Benelux. In this role, you contribute to all SHEQ domains, with an emphasis on safety and quality. Within these domains, you will be assigned specific aspects and disciplines for which you take on coordination and follow-up, acting as the primary point of contact. At the same time, all SHEQ team members remain each other's backup, making you broadly and multidisciplinarily deployable.
Logistics Coordinator
For Messer Benelux, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who ensures the smooth and safe flow of our gas cylinders. You act as the bridge between our depots and customers and contribute to an optimal customer experience. This is a dynamic role with a lot of responsibility and human interaction. You will work with/within the Benelux team, although your main customers will be primarily located in Belgium.
