
Logistics Coordinator
Your role:
As Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for the practical organization of the cylinder flow. You support depots, guide customers, and ensure accurate follow-up via our advanced scanning system.
Your tasks summarized:
Central operational point of contact for our depots. First operational point of contact for customers after signing the delivery agreement for all technical logistics questions. Managing and optimizing depot stocks, including tracking stock discrepancies. Conducting inventories and calculating ideal stock levels on location. Starting up and onboarding new customers, including guidance with their first order. Ensuring the correct functioning of the scanning system and coordination between customers and depots. Proactively and reactively solving logistics problems.
Profile:
You have strong organizational skills and communicate clearly and proactively. You work independently, take responsibility, and are solution-oriented. Customer focus is in your DNA: empathetic but with sufficient backbone. You have a bachelor's degree level of thinking or equivalent experience. You have experience in (logistics) planning, preferably with direct customer contact. You possess excellent Excel skills (including pivot tables). You speak very good Dutch and are proficient in French and English. You have your own transportation. Your base is Berchem, but you are willing to travel to clients and depots, as well as to our other locations in the Benelux, when necessary.
