HyCut

HyCut is an innovative, environmentally friendly fuel gas solution for oxyfuel technology, developed by Messer. It uses hydrogen instead of traditional hydrocarbon gases such as acetylene or propane. Since hydrogen contains no carbon, its combustion produces no CO₂ emissions—the only by‑product is water. This makes HyCut an important contributor to decarbonization and sustainable industrial cutting. HyCut not only results in significantly lower CO₂ and NOx emissions, but also reduces particulate matter, creating a healthier and safer working environment. Thanks to hydrogen’s high flame temperature, HyCut delivers excellent cutting performance. Tests show that, together with specially developed burners and nozzles, it provides cost advantages over conventional fuel gases. HyCut is also suitable for applications requiring high purity, such as glass processing, because hydrogen causes no carbon contamination. Messer ensures a reliable hydrogen supply, from individual cylinders to large storage tanks, tailored to customer needs. To support our Technical Services team, we are looking for a driven Field Service Technician. As a Service Technician at Messer, you are the expert for our customer installations.

SHEQ Officer

Do you want to contribute to a safe and sustainable working environment? To expand our close-knit SHEQ team, we are currently looking for a proactive SHEQ Officer. Together with the SHEQ Manager, to whom you report, and your fellow SHEQ Officer, the team serves all Messer entities within the Benelux. In this role, you contribute to all SHEQ domains, with an emphasis on safety and quality. Within these domains, you will be assigned specific aspects and disciplines for which you take on coordination and follow-up, acting as the primary point of contact. At the same time, all SHEQ team members remain each other's backup, making you broadly and multidisciplinarily deployable.

Logistics Coordinator

For Messer Benelux, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who ensures the smooth and safe flow of our gas cylinders. You act as the bridge between our depots and customers and contribute to an optimal customer experience. This is a dynamic role with a lot of responsibility and human interaction. You will work with/within the Benelux team, although your main customers will be primarily located in Belgium.

Operations & Maintenance Manager - Hyoffwind

Do you want to pioneer in the energy transition? Messer is looking for an O&M Manager for Hyoffwind, a groundbreaking green hydrogen project by Virya Energy, HyoffGreen, and Messer in Zeebrugge. You are ultimately responsible for the entire operational functioning of the site. For the first two years, you will oversee the start-up: building processes, teams, and systems from scratch. Subsequently, you will take on long-term daily management.
