Mariasteen is a Belgian Work Integrated Social Enterprise where employees with a distance from the labor market are individually prepared for a possible job in the regular labor market. Each step in the process is meticulously analyzed, broken down, accurately documented, and verified, so that our employees - we now number more than 1,000 - can fully perform their tasks. Breaking it down into steps also ensures optimal quality assurance, with verifications between the various steps. Furthermore, we ensure manageable work for our employees, using a lot of assisting technology. For years, collaborative robots have been present here, we use LightGuide Systems where instructions are clearly indicated... you name it. This framework ensures a high level of quality.
