Kluthe Benelux BV develops, produces, and supplies chemical products and processes to the metalworking and paint processing industries. A key market in the paint processing industry is the automotive and its supplier industries, for which customer-specific solvent-based and water-based rinse thinners are developed. Chemical pretreatment processes, including thin-film technology, are Qualisteelcoat, Qualicoat, and GSB approved. These processes can be used at room temperature for multi-metal applications. Kluthe Benelux BV is a CO2-neutral company, provides many products with a product carbon footprint (PCF) and promotes circular processes. In this way, Kluthe Benelux BV is responding significantly to the demands of the European manufacturing industry to meet the sustainability objectives aligned with the Clean Industrial Deal 2030.

Decorrdal 900-serie, Thin Film Technology

Decorrdal 900 series is equivalent to iron phosphating and, in many cases, zinc phosphating. This thin-film technology is used in both the general and automotive industries and by its suppliers. The Decorrdal 900 series is QualliSteelCoat certified.
