Cepro outdoor welding
When welding in the open air it is important to be protected from all kinds of weather, such as rain, wind, sun, etc. Working conditions are noticeably improved if a welding tent or welding umbrella is used. This level of protection for the welder has proved to contribute to a reduction in sick leave. Cepro welding tents are extremely suitable for work in the open air. Work can be continued for longer periods and due to the improvement of working conditions, sick leave will be greatly reduced and a higher productivity can be achieved. Cepro welding umbrellas are specially designed for working outdoors. They provide reliable temporary protection of the work site from sun or rain.

Cepro Sonic welding booths
Welding and grinding are among the main noise sources in industrial environments. Prolonged exposure not only risks hearing damage and illness-related absence, but also reduces focus, quality and productivity. The Cepro Sonic wall system provides proven noise reduction through its compact design with built-in soundproof elements. Modular and flexible, it can be quickly assembled, extended, relocated or reconfigured, delivering both safety and cost efficiency. All Cepro Sonic products are extensively tested by independent institutes and meet the highest standards, including flame-retardant properties. Available as wall elements, accessories, supports or complete booths, every system can be tailored to size, design and colour. Cepro specialists are ready to advise you on creating safer, more efficient workplaces. Contact us to discover how Sonic can make the difference in your environment.

Cepro UniSonic Laser booth system
Setting the Standard in Laser Safety The Cepro UniSonic Laser Booths are designed to create the safest possible environment for laser welding and processing. Fully compliant with EN IEC 60825-1:2014 standards, they provide maximum protection for operators and bystanders, ensuring that even the most powerful Class 4 laser applications can be carried out with confidence.
Cepro welding blankets - EN 13501-1
Cepro offers an extensive product package to provide shielding against sparks and welding spatters. Almost Cepro welding blankets have been tested according to the specifications of the European standard EN 13501-1 and do not contain any asbestos or ceramic fibres. Cepro recommends using multiple layers and the usage of the blanket at an angle of the welding arc, for the best protection. In order to help you choosing the blanket suitable for you, we have devided our welding blanket into 3 product groups: ► Premium welding blankets Welding blankets produced from high quality raw material. They also meet the highest available standards. ► Basic welding blankets Allround welding blankets with an excellent price - quality ratio. ► Economy welding blankets Welding blankets which combine quality with a competive price. Besides our extensive range of welding blanket, Cepro also offers you a broad range of insulation products.
Cepro welding curtains & strips - ISO EN 25980
Welding curtains and strips are designed for use in workplaces where bystanders must be protected against the hazardous radiation emitted during welding work. Cepro supplies welding curtain in four welding protective colours : Cepro Orange Transparent, Cepro Bronze Transparent, Cepro Green Transparent and Cepro Dark Green non-transparent. All these colours comply with the European standard for welding curtains and welding strips EN ISO 25980 (formerly EN-1598). Cepro welding curtains also have a standard width of 140 cm or 220 cm, are provided with a 5cm seam all around, suspension eyelets at the top and snap-fasteners on both sides. Thickness 0,40mm. All standard welding curtains are supplied incl. steel suspension rings. Dark Green non-transparent – Cepro Dark Green non-transparent is used around welding processes with very intense radiation. It is the most dark colour in our range. Furthermore, it is specially recommended as a partition between different welders. Orange Transparent, Green Transparent and Bronze Transparent These colours are transparent which allows a good overview of the work area; this creates safety and prevents welders from feeling isolated. These transparent welding colours can be used in nearly all work situations.
Cepro welding screens
In addition to a wide-range of other products, Cepro can also provide the necessary materials to construct a welding booth as a permanent fixture. We can also supply a mobile welding booth which is suitable and easier to move to different locations. Not only do these booths provide protection but they also offer flexibility for organizing workspace. They provide an optimal solution because they can be quickly dismantled and removed from the work floor when welding work is not being carried out. The Cepro welding screens programme is divided into 3 product groups which are suitable for various applications. ► Cepro Robusto Highly robust screens designed for intensive use. Built to withstand tough working conditions. ► Cepro Omnium A stable, neatly finished welding screen with wide-ranging applications. Perfect as an all-round solution for many workshops. ► Cepro Gazelle Lightweight and easy to move. Ideal for smaller workshops or when frequent repositioning is required.

Chemical nickel plating
Electroless Nickel Plating: Uniform, Wear-Resistant, and Corrosion-Resistant Nickel Layers. When a nickel layer needs to be the exact same thickness throughout, electrolytic nickel plating isn't always suitable. A consistent layer buildup is crucial, especially for products with tight fits, cavities, interiors, or complex shapes. Electroless nickel plating—also known as autocatalytic or electroless nickel plating—offers the perfect solution. This process ensures a completely uniform layer thickness, both internally and externally, regardless of the product's geometry. This makes the process ideal for precision parts where tolerances must remain constant for moving parts, machine components, and components exposed to friction or abrasion. Nickel-phosphorus layer (7–13% P) for optimal protection. By precisely controlling these phosphorus levels, we can tailor the material properties precisely to the product's technical requirements. - Medium phosphorus (7–10% P): a strong all-around layer with a good balance between corrosion resistance and wear resistance. - High-phosphorus (10–13% P): Recommended for environments requiring the highest corrosion resistance, such as exposure to acids, chlorides, and aggressive media. Wear-resistant, dimensionally stable, and hardenable. For applications with high wear, we can perform a heat treatment after nickel plating. This increases the hardness of the nickel layer to approximately 1,000 HV, comparable to hard chrome. Suitable for food contact. The closed, smooth, and chemically stable structure of the nickel-phosphorus layer makes the process suitable for products that may come into contact with food without restriction. Therefore, electroless nickel plating is frequently used in the food, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. Flexible layer thicknesses. We can apply layer thicknesses from 5 to approximately 80 μm, depending on the desired function and protection.

Clinching automation for precision profiles
Clinching automation for steel precision profiles with lengths up to 6 meters. Operation: A pack of lose precision profiles is placed on the roller conveyor at the input. The profiles are pulled down on the conveyor and are stacked manually 2 by 2 against a positioning plate on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt moves the profiles sideways until the end stop. In this position are the profiles lifted and locked by the gripper. This gripper is powered by a servo motor which pushes the profile step-by-step through the clinching press at the correct distance. When the gripper from the input reaches the final couple of steps the gripper on the output side takes over to ensure quality clinches. The output gripper positions the profile for stacking. The stacker picks up the profile, tilts it a quarter turn and stacks the profiles on the output conveyor belt. The conveyor belt brings the finished stack beyond the light curtain where the operator can tie the stack together and take it away for delivery. Astratec produced this machine for Voestalpine Präzisionsprofil GmbH.
