The SAIT ABRASIVI head office is located in Collegno (Province of Turin / Italy), where the production plant for deburring and cutting discs (resinoids and reinforced) is also located. The applied abrasives (paper, cloth and fiber) are manufactured at the Piozzo site (Province of Cuneo / Italy) approximately 100 km from Turin. The production is 100% Italian.

POWERMAX 7.3: The ceramic fiber disc for maximum productivity. In industry, every second counts. The SAIT POWERMAX 7.3 fiber disc is a 100% ceramic disc designed to combine cutting speed, durability, quality finish, safety, and ease of use. 3D ceramic technology: Its self-sharpening grains ensure an aggressive and consistent cut, ultra-fast material removal, and a lifespan up to 3 times longer than conventional discs. Productivity and comfort: Less pressure is required, reducing fatigue while maintaining stable performance from start to finish. High versatility: Suitable for steels, stainless steels, alloy steels, and non-ferrous metals. Applications: Heavy-duty material removal, weld bead grinding, chamfering, and descaling. Available in grits from 24+ to 80+ in Ø100x16, Ø115x22, Ø125x22, and Ø180x22 sizes. Using POWERMAX 7.3 fiber discs guarantees exceptional performance for even the most demanding industrial applications. For optimal performance, the use of SAITPAD-DZ HARD (Ø115/Ø125) or SAITPAD-BZ HARD (Ø180) backing pads is essential.
