Pollers NV is a 'one-stop-shop' for machine builders and production companies from small turned and milled parts to large welded and milled constructions or frames, whether or not painted and mounted.

CNC machining
Parts that are becoming increasingly complex have meant that Pollers has invested over the years in a modern machine park of CNC-controlled turning, milling, grinding and wire EDM machines. Our workshop is therefore equipped for turning and milling piecework and small and medium-sized series in various materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic. With the help of automation and specialized CADCAM software, we turn and mill even the most complex parts or pieces. Whether you want to turn and mill series products or just need customization, we take on every challenge and ensure high quality.
Welding works
Are you looking for a professional partner for all your welding work? Pollers specializes in welding small to very large parts and constructions in various materials such as steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Our certified welders are trained in various welding techniques (MIG/MAG/TIG) and have extensive experience in assembling and welding welded structures such as machine frames, beams, chassis, structures and machine parts.
Sheet metal working
Sheet metal requires specific techniques, thorough knowledge of the different materials and the necessary expertise to process them. At Pollers we have all this in-house. Our professionals are ready to professionally carry out various sheet metal operations such as cutting, shearing, folding, drilling, rolling, oxy-fuel cutting, punching and pressing, cornering, etc.
Paintwork
Pollers has an industrial painting installation with conveyor chain and drying oven for the electrostatic spraying of one- or two-component wet paint in one or more layers. This way we can carry out every paint job with the greatest precision and always guarantee a high level of quality.
Assembly
Assembly is the final step that your project undergoes in our one-stop shop. The design drawing that was on the table at the beginning of the process is now taking final shape in our assembly department. Based on your design, the products are assembled and cast into their final form.
Overhaul and repairs
In addition to making new parts or machines, maintenance services can always contact us for overhauling or repairing existing parts. If you take care of the removal and installation on-site, our experienced professionals will update your part.
