MCP-GO SmartFilter
MCP-GO SmartFilter is a compact cartridge dust collector, designed to reliably provide clean air in a variety of manufacturing environments where thermally generated fumes and dusts are generated - from manual, robot and cobot welding systems to plasma and laser cutting processes. Building off Nederman’s industry leading MCP SmartFilter technology, the MCP-GO offers a new, more convenient solution to protect people, production, and planet. It is a flexible and cost-effective alternative to complex centralized ducting installations. Available in two sizes, it can serve applications with airflow demand up to 4.500 m3/h (2,650 cfm). Its versatility allows the use of up to 5 extraction arms, multiple automated welding stations, or a plasma/laser cutting table.

PAK-M
The PAK-M is a frequency controlled high vacuum dust collector unit. It is designed for extraction of welding fume (incl. on-torch), grinding-, sanding-, or other non-combustible dust (incl. on-tool extraction) as well as. PAK-M is also suitable for cleaning the workplace, shop floor or extraction directly from a production line. It is compact enough to fit on a pallet and typical areas of application can be found in welding shops, car body shops, construction industries, industrial laundries etc., generally serving between 1 and 5 simultaneous extraction points. PAK-M controls the speed of the motor automatically using a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) and dP-sensor to maintain a constant vacuum, selected by the user on the control panel - Ideal for on-torch or on-tool extraction but also ensuring minimum power consumption - saving typically 50% energy or more in comparison to units without VFD. The PAK-M can also be set to generate as much vacuum as possible for applications with long piping, material transportation or cleaning. Automatic vacuum valves offer further energy savings by controlling the PAK-M to only provide suction when an operation is ongoing, but can also be used to increase the number of working points if not all are used simultaneously.

Streamline Modular Hood
The Streamline modular welding fume extraction hood is a flexible, high-performance enclosure designed to contain and control dust, fumes and sparks generated during robotic or manual welding processes. By preventing the spread of contaminants throughout the facility, the Streamline hood improves workers' health and safety, while reducing maintenance and cleaning costs. Its localized containment approach is both more economical and energy-efficient compared to conventional hoods or ambient air cleaning systems, significantly reducing the total air volume required.

Fume Eliminator 860
The Fume Eliminator 860 is designed to be carried to the working area. Although it can be used with a nozzle, it is specifically developed for on-torch applications - connected directly to the welding torch, it extracts the fume directly at the source. The FE 860 has a knob to set the desired suction level, an automatic start/stop function, which starts the unit as soon as the welding begins and significantly improved motor performance (versus the FE840/841). The FE 860 is suitable for extraction of fume in maintenance welding applications and is compliant with ISO 21904 (W3).

Fume Eliminator GoMax
Ensure a safer and cleaner workspace with our mobile welding fume extractor. Designed for both manual and robotic welding, this innovative solution captures harmful fumes directly at the source, protecting welders and production staff from dangerous particulates. Compatible with any welding torch, it offers effortless setup and operation. The system automatically activates with welding activity from one or two users and performs self-cleaning when necessary, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
