The world's first spray pickling mixing pump
This fully automatic pump mixes the spray pickling during nebulizing, so that the quality of the spray pickling always remains the same. This saves time in shaking or mixing the chemistry and guarantees consistent quality. Prevents stains, imperfections and color differences and gives an even appearance to the stainless steel surface. In addition, the pump can be flushed with water after each use without any effort. It is also possible to pump other chemicals, such as a degreaser, stainless steel surface cleaner or stainless steel passivation liquid. This multifunctional spray pickling pump saves a lot of time, effort and guarantees an excellent result. Difference with or without spray pickling mixing pump Spray pickling must be shaken well for three minutes before use to ensure good results. The pickling pump mixes and sprays at the same time, saving you a lot of time and energy. Mix well Suspensions require good and adequate shaking to obtain an equivalent mixture prior to each dose administration as solid particles settle to the bottom. For this reason, a fully automatic spray pickling mixing pump is recommended, which guarantees an identical mix at all times to achieve the smoothest result. Post-treatment after spray pickling After spray pickling, the treated object must be sprayed with water using a high-pressure sprayer. After this, the skin layer of the object will repassive naturally for 48 hours. If during this process the skin layer comes into contact with chlorides or foreign iron particles, corrosion will occur. To prevent this, the user can choose to passivate the stainless steel object. With the PAL-1000 Stainless Steel Passivating Agent - NON TOXIC this can be done immediately after rinsing with water. With regular passivating agents, the surface will first have to dry before it can be treated with a passivating agent. Stainless steel pickling paste - No toxic hazard symbol
Skull-free pickling paste. This pickling paste has an identical performance to toxic pickling pastes. Packaged without skulls, without hydrofluoric acid and a less strong odor. When applied correctly, it does not drip, even when the pickling paste is applied to vertical surfaces. Skull-free pickling paste A new generation of innovative pickling products marks an advance, with no more toxic hazard symbols or skulls on the packaging. This represents a significant improvement in terms of safety and health for users, compared to traditional pickling products. The products in this advanced line are available as pickling paste, spray pickling, bath pickling, degreaser and passivating agent. The speed of action is almost identical to that of conventional pickling products, while the end result remains the same. Why pickling? After welding, it is essential to pickle stainless steel to prevent corrosion. Pickling paste is the most primitive technique of pickling. Shake before use. You apply the paste with a pickling brush. For a faster and safer way of working with direct passivation, use a weld seam cleaner. Useful to know ✔ No skull ✔ Identical result as the toxic pickling pastes ✔ Smells less strong than toxic pickling pastes ✔ Without hydrofluoric acid ✔ Free customized advice

Stainless steel pickling spray - No toxic hazard symbol
Spray stain without skull for large surfaces. The gel is suitable for spray pickling all types of stainless steel with weld discolouration and heat traces. Spray pickling has a very fast effect with minimal odour, and it does not leave behind any stains or clouds. The red colour of the spray pickling makes it easy to see where it has already been applied. Due to the correct viscosity of the gel, it remains in place, so that you always achieve an even result. Pickling without skull A new generation of innovative pickling products marks an advance, in which no more toxic hazard symbols or skulls can be found on the packaging. This represents a significant improvement in the field of safety and health for users, compared to traditional pickling products. The products in this advanced line are available as pickling paste, spray pickling, bath pickling, degreaser and passivating agent. The speed of action is almost identical to that of the usual pickling products, while the end result remains the same.

Stainless steel pickling bath liquid - No toxic hazard symbol
BAL-1000 RVS Badbeits is a ready-to-use pickling agent intended for the contents of a pickling bath in which the products are immersed. This is used, among other things, to remove oxides from welds or large surfaces. The final aesthetic result is a matt appearance of the stainless steel. The bath pickling does not leave rings and has a very high yield. The bath pickling is suitable for filling or strengthening a pickling bath. Why bath pickling? Bath stain is used, among other things, to stain exteriors that are difficult to reach with a weld seam cleaner or spray stain. During immersion in a stain bath, the surface treatment is automated, in contrast to other staining techniques where the color differences have to be stained manually. During immersion in immersion stain, the user can perform other actions. Useful to know ✔ Stain without skull ✔ During immersion, the surface treatment is automated and the user can perform other actions ✔ All exteriors of the object are stained equally, even places that are more difficult to reach ✔ Does not leave rings ✔ For filling or strengthening a stain bath

Stainless steel passivation liquid- No toxic hazard symbol
Non-toxic passivating agent. The PAL-1000 Stainless Steel Passivating Agent, without toxic hazard symbol, provides accelerated passivation on the stainless steel surface. In contrast to a traditional passivating agent, with this variant you no longer need to rinse with water after pickling and passivating. This saves time and polluted waste water. With two actions you save polluted rinse water: during the process with the passivating agent and the subsequent rinse that is no longer applicable. Why passivate? After (any mechanical, chemical or thermal) processing of stainless steel, the chromium oxide skin is affected. In order to restore the corrosion resistance, the skin must recover. By passivating, the passive layer is restored in a short time and will strengthen over time. Good to know ✔ No final rinse with demineralized water required after using the PAL-1000 Stainless Steel Passivation Agent – Without skull ✔ No contaminated waste water ✔ Suitable for accelerating repassivation ✔ Leaves no traces

Pickling bath
Pickling bath for immersion. Used for pickling stainless steel products by immersion in pickling bath liquid. These liquids pickle a layer of the stainless steel surface and provide an anti-corrosion effect. Pickling baths can be filled with both small and large products. By immersing in dipping stain, all outer surfaces of the object are included. Contact us for advice or a customized quote. Tailored. The pickling baths are made to the user's wishes and dimensions. For this purpose, the dimensions of the objects that need to be pickled are taken into account. The process baths are made of plastic. Why a pickling bath? Pickling baths are used, among other things, to pickle exterior surfaces that are difficult to reach with a weld seam cleaner or spray pickling. During immersion in a pickling bath, the surface treatment is automated, unlike other pickling techniques where the color differences have to be pickled manually. During immersion in a pickling bath, the user can perform other actions.

Pickling rooms
From design to pickling room. Core Industrial specializes in the design and construction of pickling areas. These are designed entirely according to the customer's wishes. Here we specifically look at the customer's wishes and processes that must take place. The designers then work with the experts to optimally realize and design the space.
