THEO VIZ-R2+
The VIZ-R2+ helmet is equipped with a built-in interlock system. In combination with the THEO MA1 Laser Welding System, advanced sensors detect whether the helmet is being worn correctly. If it isn’t, the laser is immediately shut off. No risks, no surprises—just maximum safety with every weld. Rugged, lightweight, and comfortable. The VIZ-R2+ is built to take a beating—flame-retardant nylon and carbon fiber make it exceptionally strong yet lightweight. You remain fully protected without sacrificing freedom of movement. Comfortable for long work sessions, so you can focus on perfect welding instead of adjusting your gear. KEY FEATURES Laser-safe filter: Clear vision with maximum protection. Laser smoke extraction UNI2.2 Laser
The smoke and fumes that arise during manual laser welding are different from traditional welding processes. AER service has designed a special smoke extraction system for this purpose, which also filters out the finer evaporated particles for a healthy hand laser welding environment. Characteristics: Digital control panel with language selection, hour meter, alarm log and clogged filter alarm. 4 filter stages: spark arrestor filter + cartridge + two-stage active carbon filter (10 kg). The unit comes with built-in wheels, ready to use. Suitable for dry vapors - not suitable for oily vapours. Not suitable for use in potentially hazardous areas.
