Thanks to its experience and technological resources, the Automa 2000 is able to provide a wide range of positioners for welding divided into two lines: for the standard machines and special machines for automation and robotics.
Our standard machines are the right solution for circumferential weld or linear for different flow rates and sizes.
All models are made with particular regard to the reliability and simplicity
of use.
Each model can be adapted to meet safety regulations different from those in europe.

Elevating turntable positioners with 1500 - 3500 - 7000 kg capacity. 3 axes of movement. Hydraulic lifting and tilting. Rotation by AC motor, with inverter, worm gearbox and ball slewing ring. Foot pedal (run-stop) with 5 m and run-stop push-button panel with 5 m cable.
Self-aligning rollers 5 TON - 10 TON - 20 TON
Roller positioner from 12000 to 100000 kg
Roller positioners for loads from 1200 to 100000 kg and diameter between 9 and 5500 mm. Roller drive with AC electric motor with inverter and gearbox. Wheel mounted mobile frame on request.
Column and boom positioners with horizontal sliding boom
Column and boom positioners with horizontal sliding boom. Version with xed or motorised base. Complete with electrical part and control panel. Accessories on arm on demand.
Welding clamping benches from 1000 to 2000 mm in length.
Electro-welded steel support structure, beam with incorporated Cu-Cr-Zr copper bar, cooling arrangement copper bar, trolley complete with torch support with pneumatic release, pneumatic front locking system pneumatically operated linear centring device, control panel for welding cycle management. Aluminium beam, with heat-resistant Teon belt for trolley motion transmission. Torch carriage motorisation by brushless motor.

TURNTABLE POSITIONER from 500 to 8000 kg
Turntable type positioners for maximum load 500 to 8000 kg. Slewing by AC motor with inverter [I] through worm and wheel gearbox and ball slewing ring. Tilt: manual [M], with electric motor [E] or by hydraulic ram [H]. PLC for: SP/TT (delayed table start device), SP/SCH (high frequency shielding), SP/TF (delayed table stop device or crater fller).
Welding lathes
Welding lathes for 500 to 4000 mm length and maximum turning diameter 900 mm. Steel frame and tracks. Pneumatically operated tail stock. Table driven by AC motor, with inverter (I) and gearbox. Electric system complying with CEI EN-60204-1. Machines are supplied complete with electric control panel, power triple-phase 400 V, gearbox, all the controls for both manual or automatic working are on the panel. Machines are also complete with start circuit of welding machine, limit switch 360°, adjustable overwelding.
