Subcontracting, laser, rolling and bending
Alinco has an extensive machine park, including a fiber laser machine (equipped with copper carriers), various bending machines up to 6 meters and various plate rollers with various diameters up to a length of 3 metres. With this and thanks to our years of experience, we can handle the most complex projects.
Projects for pharmaceutical and food industry
Alinco has many years of experience for both the food industry and large pharmaceutical companies. As a result, we are familiar with their requirements and standards. Since we do custom work, everything can be adapted to your specific wishes. You can send us a design yourself or we can draw up a design in consultation with you as a customer.
Projects for general industry
Alinco offers a whole range of sheet products, such as bunkers, hoppers, gutters, laying bins, machine cabinets, etc. Your projects can be carried out in stainless steel, steel, aluminum and also in high-alloyed metals. If desired, we can come to discuss your project on site.
Welding
Alinco has: - 14 fully equipped welding tables - 20 welding stations, with the emphasis on TIG welding - welding machines - 3 spot welding machines Good equipment is one thing, but good craftsmen are even more important. All our welders are certified. Welding work can be done in accordance with EN1090 up to and including EX2. If welding work falls outside Alinco's expertise, we work together with our sister company Deprest (F. Van Dyckelaan 24, Temse). As a result, we can also offer submerged arc and plasma key welding. www.deprest.be
